We are back on the South coast this week catching up with Jamie the builder. It's been eighteen months since we last saw him and he has stopped playing football regularly and is now pursuing boxing and marathon running as a way to stay in great shape. He has even built a mini-gym at the bottom of his garden.
An Acquired taste
One of Jamie's girlfriends recently described him as a fine wine, the taste of which has to be acquired. We say he's more like Marmite – you will simply love or hate this cheeky blighter's blunt take on life but nobody will be able to deny that this earnest boy means well.
Jamie has certainly come of age and learned a great deal from the mistakes and mad impulses of his early youth – he drinks less and doesn't dare touch anything harder and is well on the way to respectability however the idea of being a porn star is something he just can't get out of his head...
